Loan Amount Limits

• Loan amounts are determined based on your income, financial history, and ability to repay.
• For payday loans in Florida, the maximum loan amount is $500, as per state law.
• Personal and business loan amounts will vary depending on the type of loan and evaluation of your application.

Repayment Terms

• Payday loans in Florida must be repaid within 31 days, per state regulations.
• Personal and business loans may offer flexible repayment schedules, which will be outlined in your loan agreement.
• Early repayment of any loan is allowed without penalties.

Fees and Interest Rates

• Florida law limits the maximum interest rate for payday loans to 10% of the loan amount, with an additional verification fee not exceeding $5.
• Personal and business loan rates will be disclosed in writing before you accept the loan.
• All fees and repayment schedules are fully explained before signing the loan agreement.

Loan Rollovers

• Florida law prohibits rollovers or extensions for payday loans. Borrowers must repay the loan in full before applying for another loan.

Collection Practices

• Trusted Care Loans complies with the Florida Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
• If you fail to repay your loan on time, we may take appropriate legal action to recover the debt. However, we will always treat you respectfully and comply with state laws.

In-Person Loan Applications

• Trusted Care Loans operates offline only. All loan applications must be submitted in person at one of our Florida locations during operating hours.
• There is no online loan application or processing available.

Borrower Rights

• You have the right to receive a clear and accurate disclosure of loan terms before signing any agreement.
• You have the right to cancel your loan agreement within 24 hours of signing, provided the loan amount has not been disbursed.
